4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information including date, venue, and pricing. Nexo is not liable for event cancellations or changes made by organizers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Nexo, including logos, design, and code, is the property of Nexo. Users may not copy or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Changes to Terms
