Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Cancellations

Tickets purchased on Nexo are generally non-refundable. However, cancellations may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The event is cancelled by the organizer
  • The event is postponed and you are unable to attend the new date
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, registered attendees will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). Refunds typically take 5โ€“7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

4. No-Show Policy

Attendees who do not show up for an event without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your order ID and payment details.
